  1. What I would really love to see and believe wouldnt be too hard for person with enough knowledge - posing existing creature models, adding some sort of pedestal and turning them into stone statues. Tried it myself but didnt have much success, just couldnt get believable textures going :P

If I recall correctly someone requested more fishing gear while ago, which would be also nice to have. Fishing nets / traps etc..

Also there is plenty of hair mods but I have yet to see additional hair for children, who have 3 hairstyles across both genders.

And what about some decals ? ( not sure if im calling that properly) Stuff like blood splatters placeable on ground / walls.

And of course Skyrim needs some lava.

  2. I have uploaded the mod but for some reason it was red. It didnt appear on the latest files either so I thought that means it needs review from admin or something before others can see it.

    Here it is.

As for the roombounds, kinda felt they were needed as I went with kinda dungeony design due to lack of stone house kit.

  3. Here is my final exam for the release version. Riverside Retreat - Player Home.

The navmesh has been tested with companion and seems to work rather well. If you need more screenshots just let me know.

  4. This is what Im using on top of realistic water textures and high res pack. None of these have any major impact on the game, mostly just add detail. Trying to keep the vanilla look.

  5. Greetings.

Here I am again, asking for help. I cannot add water to my dungeon in the CK. I click on the "has water" option, set the water height, then whenever I exit the "common Data" dialogue box, it resets water height to 0 and my dungeon has NO WATER AT ALL, even at "0" height.

Am I doing something wrong? Is adding water to a dungeon very different from Oblivion´s CS and I have not figured it out?

I have been strugling with same thing, in Interior dungeons atleast. Seems to work fine in exterior cells.

Im no expert but from what I have been messing around with I have just used scaled up water planes found in World Objects > Activator > Water.

It seems even Bethesda is using those if you check some of their interior designs , RavenscarHollow01 for example.

Something to mess around with in CK until you can get more educated answer :)

  6. Here are my results/homework, I ran into two issues though.

The textures wouldnt change at first, turns out if you are using the HighResTexture pack provided by Beth through steam it will overrite the textures. So you need to turn that off in Data Files.

The other one was that there are no female Thalmor boots, the same ones are shared for both genders.

  7. Hello there, let me start of by saying that I have spent entire day banging my head to the table regreting that I have not heard about TES Aliance sooner. 2 days ago I have found out about this site from reddit post promoting your Voice Actors project and obviously it caught my attention, I have been mostly lurker on majority of community sites I joined, including the ones for Skyrim. Hovewer after giving TES Alliance a proper lurk I think

I have found something truly unique amongst sites like this, which I would love to be part of.

After browsing the modding and tutoring sections I was just blown away at the friendlines and helpfulnes of this community.

As already hinted at, my biggest interest is in modding, Im pretty much beginner and I hope I can gain some knowledge here, that I will eventualy be able to share with other newcomers like me once I get better at it.

Now that I finaly got this out of my heart, lets get to the purpose of this thread, my introduction.

    A little bit about me:

I live in a capital of Czech Republic, Prague and I have been long time ( addicted :D ) MMO player pretty much until Skyrim released. I didnt get to experience any of the previous TES games, so my knowledge is rather limited. Hell, I had to google the answer to the anti-spam question: "What is Elder Scrolls III called?" I always planned to go back to these games and try them out after experiencing skyrim, atleast Oblivion which I heard so many good things about. But just as I got around to buying the game CK was released and my priorities shifted again (:

    Why did I join:

Party explained above, the site just blew me away. And to gain some modding knowledge.

When it comes to modding I dont have much idea what is going on. Hovewer Id say Im fast and willingful learner and I plan to participate in majority if not all the courses

Enclave has to offer so I can become better modder and share my results with the people who are just as passionate about gaming, Skyrim and modding as me.

Well, I think this does it for a short introduction, excuse some of the typos and grammar mistakes, my English isnt exactly fluent.

Im looking forward to chatting, modding and learning from you guys, and eventualy being able to pass on the knowledge I have gained here.

Here is to the end of an lurking era of mine :pints:
