Download Blender (most stable version) from Tesnexus. Lhammonds has all the plugins and stuff for oblivion assembled there in one download with instructions. You can follow this guide http://sites.google.com/site/sickleyield/uf3clothingconversion. It's for a different body and FO3 but I think it helps to see the process. Someone posted a pictorial somewhere a while ago, but the pictures were broken when I finally found it. I kinda did some web snooping, found the source of the pics, and put it together for myself. Unfortunately it's not mine so I can't really post it.. EDIT!!: I looked up the pictorial again and the pictures are fine again.
