  1. I've searched the forum for help or an explanation for what I would like to do, but I havent found anything relevant other than stuff on creating a custom race (which may be part of what I aim to do). What I would like to do is create a follower that is "standalone" in the sense that if you were to download my follower, you wouldnt need the custom hair or armor/weapon, skin, or mesh to have it looks as it was intended (see this mod as an example of what i hope to pull off). How is this done? I have created a follower using the creation kit to make said follower and place it in the game world. I then use the skyrim npc editor to make the follower look how i want, equip certain items, and join follower faction, etc. Saving after this process gives me a .esp and a .bsa files. I then edit the file with tesvsnip to only include stuff my follower is using (i.e. if the follower uses "hair 5" in a pack of 10 hairs i delete them all except hair 5). to clean it up. I guess what I'm asking is how do I covert my files I've created into one of these standalone mods. Any help is appreciated.
