Omg, I'm part of a team working on an U3 Engine game as well! Yours looks like it's going to be a different genre, but it still looks like it's coming along very nicely. Quick question about your listed requirements for 3d artists; Any particular reason you require experience with autodesk products? Just curious, and best of luck!

Oh my god, I absolutely LOVE blender, but it can be true that it's hard to learn. To be honest however; it shouldn't be too hard for brand new modelers, but a lot harder for people used to a different modeling environment.
