  1. Unfortunately the mod author is not a native English speaker. They don't seem to have a presence in the mods discussion on the Nexus. I did a couple basic searches and flipped through some of the recent pages but came up with nothing relating to my problem. But I should make a post. Thank you for the continued assistance.
  2. I'm positive it's Enhanced Character Edit. It took me a while because I've used for such a long time with nothing like that happening so I was getting rid of everything else first. I'm not sure what in it is causing this problem though since it doesn't seem to be the skeleton I'm at a loss.
  3. Another shameless bump. I went to the dagger node in NIFscope and transformed the scale from .9 to .6 confirmed applied and saved the file. But the changes didn't show up in game. Hmm I'm still hoping for some insight but maybe this is just one of those things that's a freak occurrence.   4. Oh look a cookie! TY Yea I'm kind of reckless about my mods. I have no qualms with ripping out mods for new ones and making new characters left right and center. But with ECE you can save a characters appearance and slap it onto a new character so it never really felt like starting over. I've been using ECE for a while now months and months. I believe my problem started when I updated the mod a couple days ago. Rolling back to the old version not allowing it to install skeletons exhausting all options in the package ... nothing seems to work. The difference is definitely there it's very noticeable with daggers on the back which is what brought it to my attention originally. It changes the male model as well so I'm beginning to think it's something darker and deeper than I can hope to fix. If anyone is willing to poke around the "Skeleton XP32 Back Hip Dagger" in nifscope I would be very appreciative. I opened the file but was instantly humbled with confusion.
  5. Right so my fresh install didn't exactly go as planned. Everything seemed fine with just vanilla skyrim with all dlc and updated to the latest version. I played through the tutorial and the weapons looked normal. I then began installing mods and once again the problem has cropped up. It's weird even if I don't install any skeletons it still resizes weapons when holstered.
  6. I actually decided to do a complete reinstall. I was frustrated because I couldn't find any threads about my particular issue. But for the sake of academia and science I'll answer your questions. Huge as in when holstered my character looks like a child with an adults weapon. I couldn't judge accurately but it looked like the weapons would grow to about 2x scale. It was in the holster animation where the weapon would get bigger instantly before it was placed on the character model. Due to my lack of forthought I didn't try this with a custom race or with shields or take pictures. But the problem cropped up across both genders for new and old characters a like. Vanilla weapons were treated the exact same as modded weapons. I will be pruning my load order and see if this issue rears it's ugly head again.
  7. Sorry if this isn't the correct forum ... So yea when I holster a weapon that appears on my character model it becomes huge. Well noticeably bigger. I'm at a loss. I've tried 4 different skeletons (which I assumed was the problem) I've tried XP32's, Enhanced Character Edit's, The Skeleton of Female Model's, and the Vanilla skeleton. I've gotten rid of every animation mod that I'm using; 360 walk and run, Momo Acrobatic Jump, yyanim MysticKnight, Immersive Animations, Pretty female Idle, Female Facial Animation, and XP32's New 2Handed Sword Animations I'm not sure when this all started and have no idea what exactly is wrong. my load order
