Yeah, me too.... Though, I used battlehorn castle as my primary residence.... thoroughly modded though. I still have oblivion installed, but, haven't played for quite a while..... I LOVED my FCOM installation.

I have to remove some mods from my Oblivion game, I added them in, thought it would be fun and they actually took away from the game play. I know ive been following Skyblivion's progress, I really hope they get a release, seeing the land again with the new graphics would be nice.

I may sugar coat OB too much but man... nothing beat the views IMO.

There was a guy on the Beth (old) forums, that lived in Maine, he posted pics of his back yard, side by side with some shots from Oblivion, you couldn't tell the difference.

Fallout 1st is a subscription ($12.99/mo or $99/yr) for Fallout 76. A game that was supposed to be free for everything. If you want a private server - need the sub, want infinite scrap storage - pay. I'm just not sure if the game is worth a sub, its ok but I don't know anyone really that plays it (on PC).

I am just not a fan of MMO's in any event, even if it is a limited crowd.... so, I have never bothered to investigate FO76, I just don't have any interest in it. Certainly not going to PAY for it.

You must pay to buy the game and then, if you want to play it single, you must pay every month. I understand that maintaining servers has a cost but it certainly doesn't justify what they ask for this "privilege". It's extortion, plain and simple.

The worst is that people don't bother, they pay, so why would Bethesda bother either? It's disgusting but it's what our world has become, full of silly people who are abused and love it.

I know how to feel about Fallout 1st.

I partially blame Final Fantasy XIV... after i dropped ESO due to not really liking the classes, I went to that and it has kept me occupied.

Also, just had surgery for the 3rd time on the same thing. I really do need to spend more time here again, I just don't spend a lot of time on forums anymore Spend a lot of time on Discord channels though (great for MMO chat).

I have super fond memories of the good times though, I miss everyone and I am sorry I have been away for so long.

The sad thing with retail and the game industry, you cannot please everyone. You have hardcore types who dislike how the series is going. I see Skyrim in two ways. A it's moving in a good direction on many parts, it's also catering to the casual gamers as well(more streamline, pick up and play and just quick in quick out game play). B it's slowly alienating the old fans that made the series huge by trimming everything down. With all the hand holding and such. There is no right or...

Most of the kids in Skyrim are evil and very annoying. I now just use the console to disable them so I don't have to hear their ultra-whiny voices any longer! I dunno, the kids that Modem's City Life added to Oblivion were nice, but Skyrim's kids seem designed to ensure that nobody asks Bethesda for the addition of children to TES ever again!

I hate most of the kids in Skyrim. Maybe that explains why there are so few of them......
