That video reminds of The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker game. That game was surprisingly very good. Some other games with anime'ish themes I remember playing were Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Suikoden 3, Suikoden 4, Dragon Warrior VII, Dragon Quest VIII, Orphen: Scion of Sorcery, and Tales of Destiny 2. I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting, since I'm feeling too lazy right now to go looking through all of the games I own.

The Tribunal is my favorite, although the Imperial Cult is a close second. The Tribunal wins mostly because I've always been a bigger fan of the Dunmer than of the Imperials.
