That jewelry box looks familiar but I don't remember putting a fairy in it. Very cute!

They look great! Nice job Brett.

She is actually wearing the Dwemer Goggles. That is the first time I looked at her face with the goggles on while wearing that hood... I almost spit my coffee all over my screen.
but they are great for lighting dark places. They also have a detect life setting and something else that I can't remember.

I used NifSkope to remove the window part of the interior mesh which left me with an opening. Then I dressed it up with shutters and built a fake exterior. Added a few birds, insects, and some bird and insect sounds to complete the illusion of open windows. I used that trick, but on a much smaller scale, in my Limbwood Manor mod for Skyrim.

That is from a modder's resource called Meo's Framed Butterflies. It is available here on TESA

As much as I love Skyrim I really dislike the furniture. I find it interesting how a lot of mod users really dislike having new furniture added. New armor or weapons... great. New furniture.. bad, not lore friendly, boo hiss. hehe
and what self respecting beach house would be without a beach ball?

Sadly for wrong game or older version for me ..
It was a mod for Oblivion that I never released.
-
thanks! I was playing with different FX camera effects and tried the burning ember one. The whirling embers were a bit much for indoors but it was fun to use for screenshots. I may put it back in after I release the house because I find it very pretty.

Thanks guys!
The desk was made using Crafting Table by Tueffel. Some of that clutter, like the bottles, is just one nif. Great resource.
Hi Nahkin. I guess it is going ok. This room and the dining room are the only rooms, so far, that I'm calling finished. Several are still totally empty but it is a fun project and I'm having a good time playing dark decorator! lol

Hi Nahkin. Thank you! I hope Hill House lives up to your expectations. It won't be the type of house that Bethesda does with blood and bones everywhere.
I'm looking forward to seeing your next project as well. Adding NPCs is something I've not tried yet though I thought about it with this house. I may try to add a harmless ghost but I'm not at all confident I can pull that off.
About that silly Ithlia name change, you saw that huh? I hope not too many did. That was Nexus. I updated the description for Falkreath cabin after cleaning it with the latest version of TES5Edit and the site auto filled Ithlia in several places. I didn't notice that it had auto filled in the mod name with Ithlia. That was irritating.

Thanks guys!

yes... I can't make a mod without a touch of Stroti and Tamira someplace. That will be the smithy.
We were talking about inspiration in the shouty. I was just looking at some images and came across this one and Vampire House popped in my head. So this was the inspiration for Hill House.

The lighting looks great. I'll have to check it out if you release it.

double Wow!

Just something I've been tinkering with. This is very early stages and it has changed a bit since I took that screenshot... there isn't even an interior cell yet. I did finish the NavMeshing though. Gads how I hate exterior NavMeshing!!!
If the weather ever clears up in my game I'll take some new shots.

Beautiful image.

Too cute! Great idea.

I used waterfalls for the taps but I liked the rain and mist beam for the shower because it looked more shower-ish to me.
-
Thank you RonRay. :-) That is actually an older screenie... well relatively speaking because Skyrim isn't all that old... but I took that during my very first play-through. I've not done the civil war since. No idea why, just never got around to it I suppose and I hated taking sides..

Thanks Windmill.. Hitchcockian? ...because of the bird cages? That wasn't what I was after but interesting none the less.
Thank you Nahkin.. To be honest this isn't my first mod. It is the first Skyrim mod where I've attempted to add scripting and the first one that I've been posting about here on TES Alliance because I like this site a lot. The people here are so supportive. I did three mods for Oblivion and several for Skyrim.

Thank you Lilith!
Tamira... oh that was easy peasy. I made the cage an activator and just attached the music box tune/sound to the activator in the sounds activate spot. I tracked down some free to use music box wavs, ones where what the tune doesn't jump out at you as recognizable....like twinkle twinkle little star for example. I thought for sure it would only play a few seconds of the tune, not that the tunes are very long, and I would need a script., but nope, they work just as I hoped. Or maybe that wasn't what you asked.. lol The 'Play' part is done with the Activate text override. I put Music Box in the Name box and Play in the Activate Text Override box. WillieSea told me about that.
I want the large cage to play bird song but I've not found a good sound for that yet. Most have outdoor background noise. Oooo I just had a thought! I've not looked for male cardinal songs yet. That may be something to look for since the cages are full of your male cardinals.

I like this little camp. Very clever use of the mammoth bones.

thanks guys :-)

The expression on the man's face has me very curious about what they are looking at. Great capture.

heh.. that is the light control panel for the main floor of one of my house mods, The Moors. I had been looking at a lot of Steampunk stuff when I built that house and that influenced how the house looked. I was checking out the outfit that my character is wearing and I thought it was a good backdrop for it since the outfit was Steampunk influenced as well.
