Questbuilding Guide - What Everything Does

Well I've made a bit o f a guide that explains what everything in the quest building tools do. It does not explain how to actually make a quest, for that just use one of the many tutorials from the Wiki. While there are pages on the wiki covering this, they aren't as accurate in places, and in other the are to technical to understand.

This will properly get moved to the Questbuilding section once someone starts a class there, till then i will hopefully continue to make some tutorials on questbuilding. If you have any questions about the questbuilding tools in the CS, please ask here.
