New here...just thought I'd say hello...

I am new to this forum, but not Oblivion, that's for sure. I have never truly modded anything before, save for making maps for past games and creating things on Spore(this doesn't really count though). My acting experience can be summed up to my high school years. Roles I have played go from minor, side-kick, to a slightly major role. I've played the drunken-suicidal choirmaster in Our Town, Simon Stimson, and my most memorable and favored role was the evil, but neutrally-inclined, Spider King in Snow White. Though, that was roughly two years ago....thanks to joining the Navy.

Currently I'm a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy, living in Camp LeJeune, NC, and working at the hospital on base. I've been on 'greenside' in the past for a good long time, though now I'm on 'blueside' because of LIMDU/PEB reasons....though not for physical.

I'm very interested in doing the voice-acting, because it gives me a chance to get back into acting...well in one aspect, that is. Joining the Navy took away my chance to become an actor, among other things hehe. I really look forward to getting a chance to voice act and I'll try my best to be an active member of this forum...

I tried downloading the Audacity program, but it gave me the Error 500 Page is currently unavailable.....so I'll have to try later...dang...

I have already requested membership in the VAP, so I'll just hope I can get in...

Edit: Figured out it was actually Snow White, not Cinderella.

Welcome Gorandius!    Any help/guidance we can give you in becoming a VA do let us know! We're always happy to help out! That you have a background in acting is fantastic and will no doubt make you very sought after. Too many fly by night VA's deliver their lines like they're reading a grocery list. We strive for much more here.

As to hedleyc's comment...'greenside' is working with Marine units and under Marine commands, such as 2/9 or 6th Reg, and 'blueside' is what I'm doing now, which is working under Navy commands....so not necessarily having anything to do with water or land....but you are half-correct .
