Yevic's Fallout mods

This mod add's a large three story town house to Fairfax. Fairfax is the ruin's of a pre-war town located south of Megaton. The house has three floor's, four bedroom's and four bathroom's.

Special features include,

-Window view from every window and light switches for every room!

-A hireable maid that will clean the house and give you food and beverages, and even plant some plants out front

- a puppy!

- three floors

- four bedrooms

- four bathrooms

-Two jukeboxes that actually let you pick what song you want to play.

- much more!

Notes:

The maid can be hired in Canterbury commons by Uncle Roe

The game will crash if you ask the maid to clean the house while furniture is in use.

Yevic's Space Station

Details

A large space station that can be used as a player home, you can enter it through a teledart in Springvale,

you must enter it throught there first, because you need to "launch" the remaing teledarts fot them to appear

You can teleport to and from Tenpenny Toweres, Springvale, Canterbury Commons, and Rivet City

The space Station

Three bedrooms, plenty of space for companions, fully nav-meshed.

The Station contains a workbench, an alien workbench, bobblehead stand, and a my first infirmary

The story is explained via a terminal in the bridge

Installing

Move esp to fallout3 data folder and activate the esp

A pre-civil war townhome loacted in the heart of D.C.

Geared toward an upper level character, this home has alot to offer.

Could there be secrets hiding in this old house?

Commercial (made a few months ago, more of a joke)

Entering the vault for the first time (made to show off the scripted goodies. This room isn't ever used and as such the power is turned off, when the player enters, they trigger a motion censor, returning life to this room)

EDIT: Oh dang it requires some DLC i don't have.

And uh, I think you put the space station mod up twice in your post...

Nice! Just got back into playing this (going to mod soon), and needing a good house. That Fairfax apartment looks quite nice, will download! :smug: (although it's always disturbing to see the area I live in totally blown up ).
