Editor randomly deletes quest packages

Hello Community,

I've got probably the weirdest problem to date, my mod is progressing dandy I have about 5 quests now and I noticed something rather bizarre. I was working on my newest quest and I finished it up, while playing I noticed that there is a whole part from the section that is just not there. When I went back to the editor and checked that section it was all gone all the topics/conversations/and stages.

Much to my dismay I went back and redid the topics, now the quest is dandy and everything is working fine but I was playing my mod from beginning to end now and one of my earlier quests just lost a ton of quest stages and topics. Now I'd really like to know what's going on so that I may prevent this from happening anymore. If there's anyone out there who can shed a bit of light on the matter please do so.

When you load the CS to work, are you loading just your mod and the Oblivion.esm?

And are you selecting your esp as Active at startup? (I realize you probably are but it's best to start at the beginning and work through when troubleshooting )

This is a strange happening, I have heard of mods vanishing, and statics, but never pieces of quests. It sounds like something is overwriting parts of your mod. Not sure what it could be though.
