Hi I am back again because this is the best place for a POLITE REPLY and I thank you for it.

OK my question I have built a swimming pool in my private residence, but I don't have the foggiest idea how to fill it. Could someone please point me to a tuts or info on how to. I have read through a fair few tuts over the last couple of hours but found nothing Thankyou Falcont

Well if the pool is below the floor level you can just add water to the cell, just right click>Edit on your interior cell name (cell view window) and check the "Has Water" check box. You'll have to adjust the numbers in the Has Water box to set the water height.

If your pool is above the floor level in your house you'll have to check the Has Water box, but you'll need to use a static water plane resource (TES Nexus). That is less ideal because you can actually swim in a static water plane.

Let me know if you have any more questions. :book:

Do these directions differ if your attempting to fill something with water on the exterior???

Nope, its pretty much the same. But remember, water height is for the 'cell', not the entire landmass. You can press 'B' to get a yellow grid on the land so you know where the cell boundries are.
