I kinda think Rider would prefer you to PM him with your intent but you can still begin now.I don`t think he`ll deny you entry or anything. Just so he can enter you in the progress report and keep tabs on your posts and such. The evil cookie snagger`s very adept at getting her due without colatteral damage.
