CM Partners mod dead bodies following play and shouldnt

I have a small CM Partners mod that adds 230 NPCs and I am having a issue that I think it CM related. I am getting DEAD NPCs spawning near the player at certain times usually when you rest or fast travel, they usually just stand there or sometimes fall laying in piles. I cannot figure out why and what to remove that could fix that, I was thinking it must be a glitch with the CM Partners, but I know some modders have fixed a similar issue. It only happened when I added all the Factions needed for CM like NPCStand, etc. Before just using faction Partners this wouldnt happen, BUT I lose all the features like share etc and only have the basic follow stay etc. I wanted to save the share function for the recruits which can be armed for a castle army.

Anyone know how to fix this problem, it cant be only for me. I was thinking also this may happen because of the OOO mod which seems to leave bodies stay and not disappear until refresh. Dead bodies should warp to the player and only happens with CM Partner use.
