Anyway that we can get a detailed write up of how the Leveled Lists work (vanilla) and also creating custom Leveled Lists?

I'm having issues with using LL's for my mod, and everything I try the loot/enemies/etc is uber and whatnot.

I'd also like to see how to create a npc/creature leveled list.

Thank You

DS

I've not really delved much into making new LL's but here's some Wiki info:

Leveled Items

I had checked that out already, and it didn't do much for me. :)

I guess I get to play the hard way and place several LL's in my ruin, and test them to see what happens.

Thanks for the help

thats what I'm trying to do, I don't know which is which and what is what.

my issue is the LLxxxx100, LLxxxx75, LLxxxx50, LLxxxx25

I get either uber high loot/creatures, or uber low (one hit kill) loot/creatures, etc.

You know about the preview button, right? That makes it a little easier to work out what numbers to change to get the correct things to appear according to the Player's level.

Yes I do. I don't understand it though.

Okay, so what do you need to make leveled? If it's just an item for NPC/creature that gets better depending on player's level, then I suggest to:

- Open LLs with IDs like LL0NPCxyz,

- Change its ID name,

- Put your items there,

- Give them the levels when they're supposed to appear (for example, ebony sword may be encountered only at level 17 and higher, up to level 20, when it's replaced with daedric sword, while steel sword will appear at 3 level and will be replaced by silver sword after 5 level or something),

- And delete stock items.

You give the levels for items by clicking on them and typing a level number in a proper place.

And that's the whole philosophy, I think.

I still have to make my own but i think i can do it.

I needed to know what the numbers were, and it explained it.

Kk back to cluttering, pathing, enemy placement and god awful amounts of traps now :cookie4u:
