Question about modding hair

If it's a case of the mesh being positioned too low on your character's head, like your head is clipping through the top, then you can raise the hair mesh on the Z axis in Nifskope. Make a backup copy of your nif first, then Right click the mesh in the window (make sure all of it is selected) to bring a options menu up, select transform > edit and a new window will pop up where you can tweak the X,Y, and Z coordinates, where Z is the raise/lower option. Once you're satisfied, click on Accept and save the nif. It may take some experimentation to find the right placement. :)
