How do you add landscape textures to the CS?

In the object window, go to Miscellaneous>LandTexture and right click> New to create a new landscape texture, directing it to the texture in your data folder you want to use.

Ah, thanks very much. But could you also tell me what the Material Type (I'm guessing this determines the sound of footsteps), Friction, Restitution, and Texture Specular Component boxes do?

Material type is indeed the sound type for footsteps, Specular Component isn't supported doesn't do anything (according to the wiki) Not sure if the other 2 are supported or not but it seems like Bethsoft set all 3 of those settings at 30 for every texture. That's the extent of the documented info on it.
