I was wondering for the few people that have taken videos of Oblivion in-game (for like trailers, teasers, etc.).

I was wondering if you guys could give me some pointers on taking a good video.

I have Fraps, full version, so I don't have thh fraps.com watermark anymore.

I have previously shot a short video, successfully, however when I converted it to .bik it lost ALL good resolution, it was like half size and it was blocky and pixelated and just plain horrible looking.

Any tips for converting the AVI to .BIK with the original resolution would be greatly appreciated.

What software are you using to convert the avi to a bik?

I tried using the RadGameTools, that Bink provides, multiple times. But it always comes out crappy and pixalated.

I wouldn't know of any others, I've tried searching but only find ones that are iffy software/malware/etc sites.

Hmm, just tried it out and it seemed to work OK. Of course I left the settings pretty high, what are you using for Data Rate, Peak Data Rate, and Scaling?
