is it possible to create a cloak spell with Frenzy?

if so a how?

I was planning on making another enchantment to my Dark Master's set

however i don't want it to kill them, i want them to kill their friends

so I'm in a perplexing dilemma here and was hoping someone could help. thanks

Since you didn't mention what game you're referring too I can't help or give you directions to tutorials. In the top when enter Study Hall you'll notice this text.

I find it hard to believe, but I could be wrong about this. The Frency is a spell type used to cast on your NPC around you and not on your self.
