OB- Tutorial on adding a custom weapon to the game?

I'm new here, so if I ask this question in the wrong area, please direct me to the correct area, and you have my apologies.

I'm not new to the cs, but I've never attempted to add a weapon into the world (Merchants, npc, or vendors)

I made the bow. It's just a simple copy of another, but I made it with 0 damage. It's for administering poison without notice.

I just need to be directed to the proper tutorial. I can't seem to find one that just tells me how to change the "Use Info" so that I can add my weapon to the world.

Any help and/direction will be greatly appreciated!

That entirely depends on how you want to introduce your new weapon into the world.

Do you want one merchant to sell it? Do you want to give it to an NPC? Do you want to add it to leveled lists so it's randomly found? Did you want to drop a chest somewhere with it in it so you can just go get it?

(You don't just change the use info. The use info changes when you add the weapon to the game)
