I'd like to know your opinion about creating those perks and abilities... also if they would be cpu/gpu intensive or not.

Perk: Seasoned warrior

X% maximum/current health/stamina/magicka restored for every enemy killed.

(Or perhaps it could work with an absolute value?)

OR

X% regeneration once enemy is killed

Perk: Sworn To Carry

10% of damage the Dragonborn is inflicted is transferred to the follower perk bearer (and subtracted from the dragonborn)

Spell: bodyguard

target suffers 25% of the damage aimed at the dragonborn

Spell: Selfless

The dragonborn takes 25% of the damage of the spell target (must be friendly/follower)

Ability-Spell (?): blood magic

as long as the ability is active, the caster uses health rather than mana for spells. however, spell cost is cut at 1/2 at rank 1, 1/3 at rank 2, 1/4 at rank 3, 1/5 at rank 4. it can be reduced up to 1/7 via an amulet and a ring enchantment. can be toggled on-off.

Ability-Perk (?): Counterspell mastery

X% change (depending on skill) of reflecting incoming spell back to caster

Perk-Ability: Battlemage

X% of damage recieved is converted to mana/health

Perk: Oblivion Shield (?):

15% spell resistance and 15% chance of evading physical (?) attacks

Perk: (?) Transparency (?)

Decreases melee damage by 20% +/or x% of evading physical attacks altogether (?)

Perk-Ability: Ritualist (?)

Blood Ritual
15% of Mana costs are always paid with health. +2% max health regeneration.
