Help with breezehome editing

Hello, I have a problem and it's been bothering me for some time because I just can't figure out what am I doing wrong.

So, I have added a new decoration option in a Steward dialogue and that works fine, it adds stuff that I added, but, since I want to have my basement trapdoor entrance close to the wall I had to move the table slightly away from the wall. Now, when I start the game the table has not been moved, however, the chair and one of the chalices from the table have. In CK they are on the place I want them to be, but not in the game. All things on the table, the table itself, the bench have the same reference as the chair and that chalice, goblet or whatever.

 

I'm not sure what to do, so I had to ask for your help. Also if I need to upload anything just say the word.

P.S. Tested on a character that I have all the decorations and on the another one I just bought that dining room upgrade and same thing.

Also, I don't know if this is important but I have all the DLCs installed.

Have you tried using a save where you had never been to the interior after you made the changes? Its important to test your mod with clean saves. Other than that I'm not sure
