disappearing spells after using Creation Kit

This is pretty simple : 

I'm editing an esp file but after ANY change I do and save even the empty race (race -> ppm - > new and it's completely empty) some "stuff" disappears and this stuff is more precisely the magic effects of some spells so they're invisible in game after. I was editing a script of some spell but to get it work I had to use CK and find it's magic effect of this spell. I did open it and in the right lower corner there's a small window called "papyrus script" and there's script itself. I went to it's properties and had to "auto-fill" some empty values in order to get this script and spell working. 

 

So ... the problem is I can't use CK because of this disappearing magic effects but without CK there's no way to fix these empty values and get script working.

I tried to change it from auto to what auto-fill gave me but the script didn't even want to compile after it.

 

So I need to fix these 4 lines somehow manually or make CK stop deleting my stuff.

It's really strange because after I save ANY changes I made(even the smallest like adding empty race/item/spell or editing 1 value of something) these few magic effects will disappear from the mod and they're invisible in the game. Even when I open the changed esp again I can clearly see that for example for "amaterasu" spell only 3 magic effects left while in the stock esp there are like 11 magic effects for this spell.

Oh, did you set the esp "active" when you loaded it in the ck?

Yes the esp of the mod I'm editing is set as Active File. Probably you didn't understand my problem. I have no problem with saving the changes just as I said about script I actually need to edit it's properties and then save it to get it working in the game. It's not about disappearing the changes I made in esp but it's  about disappearing always the same few magic effects from few spells no matter what.
