Porting to Xbox

So I've successfully secured permissions from a mods original author on Nexus (at request of at least 6 other XB1 users) for the main mod itself plus 3 patches he created for his mod to work with others, like JK's...  I'm having trouble understanding the only instructions I've been able to find so far on how to port mods over from Nexus tho.  Does anyone know how to do this that could put it a little more plainly?  lol  Thanks everyone!

Basically, you must load the mods with all its assets (loose, not already archived in bsa files) in the CK for Skyrim SE, make sure everything works perfectly on your PC and then follow the procedure to upload them on Bethnet.

I figured out how to port them through trial and error, but, I'm having other issues: (1) the NPCs have screwy faces...and none of the files are named for the  NPC facegen tint or detail maps... and (2) when I attempt to hand-pack the missing files, at the very finish when the window pops up for packing files, an error box shows up that the program is not responding, which closes the packing window and the progress window but leaves the CK hand-packing window open... I'm probably making about zero sense right now...
