marker error 0, this is not a nif - but it worked before!

Hi! I'm working on a house mod. Some resources I used before - about 2-3 years ago - don't work now. For example:

I never had problems with this resource, used them for decoration. But now I get marker error 0 bug. I tried to open files in NifScope to check texture pathes and got a message: this is not a nif! But I used them, they were just fine, no bugs, nothing wrong.

Same problem with this resource:

www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/80249

People are using it, so models and textures are ok. What's wrong with my CK, or my game or whatever is a reason?

Are you doing this mod for the special edition? Nifs made for the original edition are incompatible with the special one; they must be adapted. In your case, you must ask the creators of the resources to remake them.

No, not special, just a last update of Skyrim. A lot of resources work as usual for me, but a few are a problem now - toys, bedding and some more from the bedding resource author.
