Just ANOTHER Issue

So... I've been having issues in regards to 'mod testing' in that --- well --- I've never been able to do so without plugging in whatever mod I've been working on and going at it that way.  I know that I don't need to get into why this is such a headache!  I've already validated from the Bethesda launcher (numerous times) and the message after doing so tells me that all the files were validated without any problems.  Yet, I still get the usual (for me anyhow) when I fire up the game; no matter how I go about doing it.  I've attached a Screenshot to give an idea of what I'm seeing --- or rather; what I'm not seeing.  I'm just hoping that someone else has encountered this issue before and can therefore lend a hand to little-ol-Punk'n

There's another option that's missing from that launcher that I can't get to come-up.  I can play the game and use mods that I downloaded but I've never been able to test my mods out on my laptop.

I checked my ini as well @HeyYou and everything is all well-n-good on that end.

You must have SSE installed on your laptop.

What other option is missing? IS that Skyrim LE, or SE?

That's impossible for SLE due using Steam Workshop while SSE doesn't use Steam Workshop, not I am aware of.

I do have SSE installed on my laptop... I got the game from Steam --- not sure if that's what was meant by the SSE/Steam Workshop mention.  I've given up on trying to figure out that darn launcher & missing "data files" target.  I'm finally able to start work on the computer I'm building now that we're back home.  Once it's finished & up-n-running, I'll be able to uninstall everything from the laptop and reinstall.  I'm sure I fudged something up somewhere along the line.  That's usually how it goes; anyhow. lol

After I looked at the picture I think I know what's wrong.

In order to download mods from Bethesda.net via the in-game mod manager you must have an account on Bethesda.net, but since you already have the Bethesda.net Launcher open then you must also link your Bethesda.net account with your Steam account.

You also might need to reinstall SSE after you have linked both accounts (Bethesda.net with Steam) and that can be done via your profile on Bethesda.net while being logged in.
