I have a likely Challenging question:
Do you think that a mod that introduces a Dark Questline for "Oblivion", the Platform, considering the main Questline of save Martin & save the Imperials against invasion, having the Dark Questline pose an alternative course through TES History: Side with the Daedra; facilitate the invasion of Cyrodiil & the killing of Imperials & Nords, would contradict Cannon?
I'm specifically considering the Dragon Priest Masks. When the Wooden Mask is worn, it transports the PC back in time. If Time Travel is possible, could a "Skyrim" Hero conspire the invasion of Cyrodiil before the events of the Skyrim game took place?
Would a "Dark Questline" necessarily prove futile, or could it fork the Campaign Setting?
Appendum Note: I think it wouldn't contradict the Cannon Campaign Setting, not at all. It could justify, or substantiate, what truly happened with the Dwarves, or Dwemer, as well as a few other things.
As well, it wouldn't necessarily incite disputes amidst members of the community, in itself, not actually. Disputes actually are incited of individuals.
Thanks.
Note as well: The Dragons were "resurrected" within the Skyrim game setting. Is it plausible that "Tamriel" is simply a small Continent upon a larger planet that has other Continents?
I mean, if it turns out that people get terribly offended of my question, then I'll be cool. I could learn & use the Platform to create other World Space, & keep my own thoughts & beliefs & moral fiber to myself. Let it be said once, though, that it's simply ridiculous for Argonians or Khajiits or Elves of any sort to side with Imperials or Nords, considering established Cannon history thus far written & iterated. That's sort of part of the point.
