Ok my first attempt at making retexing the bridge... I tried using bronze lining but it didn't come out too good, so I might ditch it.

Is that the right color of gold you wanted though? I know the underside of the bridge doesn't really match the rest very well, and I'm trying to fix that right now... so whats your thoughts on it so far?

Im already making the cells, then i'll start on the exterior, btw, how do I make the palace appear after the quest is done?, script right?.

Best bet is to make an x-marker, give it a reference, then make the x-marker the enable parent for each object....better off doing it in it's own worldspace

own worldspace?.

You know?

No?

It's own worldspace, more work, but probobally a better effect, especially if you want terrain under the mod...otherwise you'll be able to see the outline of the palace before it gets there

I wont dont worry. :lmao:

Yeah, but really Manni, I know it seems so awesome to create so much epic stuff, but you gotta think of the work involved too. I did the same thing over and over again when I started modding, I kept trying to create the biggest mod there ever was. But sometimes the smallest mods are the best. :D

Just some advice, I know you're not going too overboard with this mod but hopefully you're keeping that in mind. :)

About big mods... I remember once this guy came to the BGS forums and said that, yes indeed, he was going to recreate the world with all the cities and people. My God he was flamed :lmao:

I'd have to say there's more to occupy your time in the summer, whereas when school's in session there's less to do, so you mod more when the weather's crud. Also, there's the avoidance theory too...less to avoid in the summer, more during the school year. Modding is an excellent avoidance tool.
