Ok! I turned all the paperwork to apply for the Townhouse we want this morning. So far so good! The lady I spoke with is very nice and excited to have us there. She's called a couple times already to verify things. Our Landlord has had the phones in the rental office disconnected again. This actually works in our favor since they can't reach him, he can't lie to them about us!

I'm so excited and trying to be too excited cause if it falls through I'll be crushed. We should know by Wednesday at the latest if they'll give it to us or not. Crossing my fingers and my toes and just for good measure my eyes cause it can't hurt! LOL

Not long at all. The manager of the complex is speaking to her boss tomorrow morning so we could know as soon as that. I....hate.........waiting.

I think we all hate waiting, its a pitty its not as fast as the last place I lived in. I litterally took a tour, handed over $500 and was in.

Oh that would have been nice! We're probably going to need around a thousand to get in. First month's rent and security deposit. Definitely gonna be borrowing some money. eek!

yes but im sure ppl realize that if you can get set in place here you will have a stable life and be able to pay things like that back and it will be better for you in the long run.

Call up the companies, im sure they would help their biggest fan!

LOL We're not too worried. My mom has agreed to send us as much as she can and Mr Guru thinks his grandparents can help make up whatever difference is left over.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!! I'm still laughing, jumping up and down, called hubby at work and he's all giggly! We can move in on Monday!!! OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG No more mold and mildew and creepy stalker landlord!!!!!!!

I'm a wee bit excited I think. Can't imagine why.
