A piece of Script I don't understand

This is from Where the Spirits Have Lease at the very end. Yes there are spoilers in this. If you haven't play this quest yet and don't want to know the ending, don't read this:

			Set Timer to MS02LorgrenAltarRef.Say LorgrenSpeech 1 LorgrenBenirusNPC 1

What exactly does this piece of code mean? I understand that it is setting the timer to the length of the audio clip but what do the 1's mean and what is LorgrenSpeech?

First, you can use >Edit >Find Text on the word "LorgrenSpeech" and find it yourself.

'LorgrenSpeech' is a 'conversation'.

On the Dialogue window, click the Conversation tab. You will find it in the 'Editor ID' list.

Second, the WIKI is your friend.

Say TopicID [ForceSubtitleFlag] [speakerID] [unknownFlag]

The first '1' forces subtitles.

The second '1' is unknown, but should be set to '1' anytime you specify a speaker ID.
