Just a thought but if any one here plays medieval 2 total war. then could maps of the oblivion cities be made for it. Be a good way of putting the idea into reality in a sense.

I would have to say Kvatch, but Bruma I think would provide a challenge due to the weather, and the Imperial City due to the massive amount of never sleeping guards hehe. Oh and btw, I'm hew here

The problem I see with most of the arguments here is you seem to be taking game lgic and applying it to "real" logic.

IE the Chorral invasion idea. If there were a "real" threat of poison daggers that could paralyze, The guard would be equipped to defend against that.

Game mechanics and real mechanics do not mix. This is why CG trailer action is never what game action is like, and vice versa.

Rule 1 of night-guard. Question everyone and believe none of it. If some people show up in the middle of the night, you NEVER have all the guards near by. At least one is going to be up in a lookout over watching the situation.
