Question around grass

Ok I am making a house in a cell that ingame has alot of grass on the ground ingame where the house sits. In CS though I don't see the grass. My question is How do you remove the grass? look at image below

There are separate ground textures for grass-enabled and grass-less ground. Just go into the landscape editor and choose ground textures that are grassless. Often times the texture name will be the same, but with 'NoGrass' at the end of it.

You will need to set your brush to 100% Opacity and paint over the grass with a NoGrass texture. Even then, it's sometimes hard to get rid of all the grass, don't obsess or get discouraged.

Any texture that is a 'Grass' texture will randomly 'bleed' into ajoining areas. So to truely rid yourself of it around the house, just put gravel or dirt in a 'flower bed' fashion around your house. Then it may bleed into that instead of under your house foundation.
