  1. I wasn't sure what to do as I've completed Lesson 4 (and as confident as I'm feeling about it) I asked a few people if I should wait or move forward with the exam.... I was told to keep moving (while we await your return) which didn't feel right until I completed the "3rd CC"... I'll make adjustments no matter how difficult if it's needed:
  2. I forgot to add the border marker ScrnSht post-finalization to the exterior... and I've also finished my 3rd Credit Challenge which forced me to make some changes to that navmesh so I'm also including one of the screenshots (also going in the appropriate Credit Challenge thread) of that changed navmesh....
  3. I've finally figured out the navmesh issue... there never was one! lol I apparently (when experimenting with my ini) changed some 'colors' and I can't remember which one effected that particular navmesh color. I recorded all of my steps using macro but I'm still learning how to replay the recording. [my-bad] Otherwise...hope I did the lesson correctly... Ext Navmesh was a ***** just like the lesson said so I did my very best....
  4. lol @Ashenfire guess I should'a read all the replies first...
  5. It's SE but there's supposed to be another option to click before start-up that said 'Data'
  6. I also have the Lighting Template(s) screenshots for the Under-Building if you like me to include them as well...

I created this coin retexture for Xbox One (haven't put it up for PC yet due to problems with a couple other coins giving me grief) after not finding any new coin re-textures since last year --- my favorite coin bags, coins, among others were removed by the author which made me sad :-( I'm going to be adding it for PC soon, but you guys are free to use it as a resource if you choose to. If you so choose to do just that; hopefully you'll give me a shout-out in your credits underneath the TESA. So I gladly share it with all of you... TESA is the reason I've been able to get this far on speedy video tutorials in all their blurry, pixelated, captionless....quiet...uber-muffled...[y'all-get-the-idea]....glory and my insomnia alone! So for today and all my tomorrows, I salute you TESA & caffeine! ps- it goes in your clutter... as will you find the nif lol that took me a while alone...but shhh...don't tell anyone I'm an id-git.

I know the image is a bit off (depending on Screen Set-Up) but that's the way my son made it...and being a gift to honor my dad, I won't be changing the image. I trust everyone will at least respect how near-n-dear to my heart this mod is and therefore doesn't feel the need to use the image or song without speaking to me personally first... Here's the page Description as well (found on BethNet): For Father's Day, I honor my Dad with this Menu Replacer : Image: Created by my youngest using a Wallpaper Creation Program (will post details soon on the Program) Song: "Jack The Ripper" - a Cover by 'The One Way Streets' in 1967 (and becoming INCREASINGLY popular - even previously covered a few years back by 'The White Stripes'; live during one of their concerts) which remains one of 3 of my father's [band] hit songs from that year. This mod (since it's very near-n-dear to my heart in 2 ways) is an Xbox/TESA Exclusive. But, no need to fret my funky-friends! I'll be releasing a few more "PunkN Style" Menu Replacers soon!
  9. There's another option that's missing from that launcher that I can't get to come-up. I can play the game and use mods that I downloaded but I've never been able to test my mods out on my laptop. I checked my ini as well @HeyYou and everything is all well-n-good on that end.
  10. So... I've been having issues in regards to 'mod testing' in that --- well --- I've never been able to do so without plugging in whatever mod I've been working on and going at it that way. I know that I don't need to get into why this is such a headache! I've already validated from the Bethesda launcher (numerous times) and the message after doing so tells me that all the files were validated without any problems. Yet, I still get the usual (for me anyhow) when I fire up the game; no matter how I go about doing it. I've attached a Screenshot to give an idea of what I'm seeing --- or rather; what I'm not seeing. I'm just hoping that someone else has encountered this issue before and can therefore lend a hand to little-ol-Punk'n
  11. Sorry it took me so long to turn these in... had some issues with my CKE for some reason but whatever was causing the issues seems to have ironed itself out
  12. Honestly if it weren't for my career background... I'd probably be completely unable to become a modder. I know it doesn't seem like Navmesh has much to do with tattooing lol but, when someone comes in the shop asking for a piece on his rib-cage that equals out to be a 20(something)-point star because he's majoring to become a Geometry teacher / eventually professor at UofM... I best figure all that out right-quick! I must be magic... really...
  13. Yeah... I found the Credit Challenges last weekend so I've been prepping myself all week lol ... I've also been doing "the Rocky" to get ready for 3. lol If I'm Rocky, everything around me is those library stairs (sorry Ranger MD 'n Vila...[<---- Dogs]... in advance and also covering my bases lol) But... before I completely forget n get caught up in L3/CC1, I wanted to ask a few questions: I'm not sure if you could see the actual triangles going up the staircase very well or not but hoping it's visable enough to let me know if I did that in the best way possible or if I only managed to put more work into it by thinking like my NPCs and walking them up the stairs... If it's the best way possible, I'll keep doing it that way without second thought. However if you can share with me a better/more efficient way to navmesh stairs I'd love to try it out while I keep practicing. Regarding the trap-door: can it be placed in an area that's fully navmeshed or does it have to be placed without any tri's underneath it? Would I be 'docked' credits if I upload one or two of my own static creations or another open resource from a buddy I've been kind'a working with on some projects? (nothing huge/ or concussion-inducing lol just smaller to medium sized statics...) Hopefully that is acceptable math and (especially) geometry --- done without a calculator/computer/smart person) --- have always been my Achilles's. 'n I'm not talk'n about the hot Brad Pitt kind. lol I'd hope that beautiful slab of manly bacon wouldn't keep torturing me with numbers.
  14. Here's my completed assignment w/ extra credit (images).... If I forgot to include anything let me know... LOTS of screenshots to sort thru lol
  15. If it's possible to be added to the class list; I'd like to submit my homework for your approval. I'd very-much appreciate being accepted as a new student....as well as all honest criticisms :-)
  16. I have a couple of questions... regarding (more than less) my poor yet trooper of a laptop's ability to run the game (even for testing purposes) without attempting to off itself... Is there any possible way that I can run it on Xbox? I know it's a heck of a lot more work on my part... but, it's worth it to save myself the headache {laptop] that's infinitely worse than the hurdle {XB1] If it's not possible, or rather... if it's preferred that I don't go down that route; I can work something out to use a friends PC who also uses the CK/SSE and is blessed with a beast of a PC --- lucky no-bill-pay'n.... --- I'll stop there. Sorry... My poor laptops running hot already. lol
  17. Thank you... I wanted to make sure that the lack of visible pathways wouldn't be an issue, like it's FO3 counterpart shows. I'm not sure if I'm too late to follow these lessons/take part in the homework/assignments given... but I'd planned on following them to the 'T' regardless. Now that I've got my program issues sorted out and fixed, I'm on a mission. lol
  18. I read thru the introduction, and was able to put a 'check-mark' next to the listed programs that would be needed... although one I wanted to make sure would serve as a suitable extractor - BAE; instead of FO3? I began this process days ago during my preparations as I got ready to begin these lessons. I noticed that FO3 looks very different than BAE does, although they essentially do the same thing (I believe)... Would I need to get my hands on FO3 still, or am I good with what I'm using?
  19. LOL I think it'll be a very long time before songs are sung about my heroic CK deeds and triumph! But, I'll be interested to hear the song when it's written...but I'll only hear it from drunks with their noble and handy translator
  20. Yeah... I'm in no rush to let someone else go thru all the headache (and heartache) by dealing with what I had to for all that time... Have it to you by the end of the day :-)
  21. Ah.. yeah for sure as soon as I get it finished... was gonna finish that up after these updates
  22. I got the sticky notes installed on my laptop desktop and also in OneNotebook as well... problem is they clutter up my desktop after a while to a point that sifting thru them becomes a real chore. Unfortunately my awesome problem solving skills are only awesome when solving other peoples' problems. lol
  23. Matherian Viking Shields Set... [Port For PC] and Punk'n Audio Add-On [For PC - Will be updated shortly] I wasn't sure which one you were wanting to check out... so I figured I'd supply links to both unless you're a "BethNet No-Sir'er" lol then you'll have to instruct me further on how to get them to you because as of right now I haven't added them to any other sites for download.
  24. I have 323 amazing tutorials on YouTube... in my library lovingly titled: 'CK Learn'n' that show how to do just about everything imaginable in the CK. But, if you're looking for one single tutorial that teaches everything all at once, it doesn't exist. There's just too much to be learned, and if it's anything like tattooing; the learning process will never end. It's not gonna be an immediate process no matter how ready to learn everything in one night ya might be. I've been watching tutorials for months, and it's far more involved than even I realized in the beginning. I'm still repeatedly watching the Bethesda Creation Kit Tutorial Series on a loop until I can use every feature/tool/control as well as those who are in the tutorials themselves. I watch others in-between and practice in either PdN or Notepad++ at least once a day, but, I still have it on loop playing on my tv or laptop. And those vids by Betheasda make up just a handful of introductory tutorials available. Take it from this (id-git) when I say that jumping in without so much as a healthy knowledge on how to use the CK controls at a minimum, will only serve up some major issues faster than White Castle Drive-Thru gets lazy on a Monday midnight shift.... no joke. [I'm finally Charlie Sheen'n over here... and WINNING my battle after 3.5 months of struggling] I'm no expert by far but I'm an expert in fudging up crap 'cuz my "special" brain wants to rush things all the time! So from that perspective, I feel confident that I can say this without looking like a know-it-all minus the 'knowing' part: learn in steps - you'll find more reason to be proud of your creations that way!
