New PC win10 questions

That would be normal. No mesh folder in Data unless you need it for some mod. You will need one when you have installed the "first person sitting animation" mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/14471

Yup, everything is in bsa files for Oblivion. The folders don't show up till you install mods that put them there.

I remember using bsacmdr to unpack everything. Is that still good?

I did the test for my computer and got 295.31. Now I have no idea what I must think about that if I cannot  compare with others' computers...

Ok...I tested with firefox open and got 835.33  , and that`s while online here.

Holy smokes. That just stomps my machine. Of course, mine is pushing 8 years old too......
